Your sexuality is an important and intimate feature of your person, given to you as part of God’s plan for your happiness and your life’s vocation.  You should cherish it and ensure that it is not exploited.

from a Christian vision of love and relationships

5   Your sexuality makes it natural for you to be attracted to other people.  Such attraction can lead to strong emotional and physical feelings which should always be expressed with modesty and respect, both for your self and for others.

"Man and woman were made 'for each other' - not that God left them half-made and incomplete: he created them to be a communion of persons, in which each is a 'helpmate' to the other, for they are equal as persons and complementary as masculine and feminine. In marriage God unites them in such a way that, by forming 'one flesh', they can transmit human life: 'Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth.' By transmitting human life to their descendants, man and woman as spouses and parents co-operate in a unique way in the Creator's work." (CCC, no.372)
